Celebrating the launch and official registration of SEACHA

18 August 2022: Mrs. Bilaibhan Sampatisiri, President of The Siam Society and Senior Advisor to Southeast Asian Cultural Heritage Alliance (SEACHA), kindly hosted a dinner to celebrate the launch and official registration of SEACHA as a cultural association in Thailand, to inform its ongoing activities to all guests, and to seek for long-term support and collaboration from embassies and Thailand’s authorities. This event was held at the auditorium of The Siam Society Under Royal Patronage.
On that extraordinary night, we received great honor from HE Mr Itthiphol Kunplome, Thailand’s Minister of Culture and Ms. Usana Berananda, Director General of ASEAN Affairs Department in presiding over this event. It would be impossible for SEACHA to have come this far without their crucial support. Our honorable guests also include Ambassadors and representatives from Embassies of ASEAN countries, as well as The Siam Society Council members, who have relentlessly dedicated their time, knowledge, and energy to SEACHA’s work.
We look forward to further collaboration with all stakeholders in the months and years to come.
